It has really good features:

-Video and voice calls

-Kanban board that makes project management so much easier

-Forwarding dialogues

-Screen sharing

Ensures all messages sent are received and even offline you receive notifications and confirmation of people who got your messages

It is functional on any network and you have total control over the chat process

It is secure since servers operate within the company

In my opinion my chat is among the best internal communication tools, it has few things not to like about it,they include:

-The servers are expensive and not affordable especially for small companies just starting

-The app design in quite outdated

-There shouldn't be an "automated update"

What do you like best about MyChat?

It's super helpful that it integrates with HubSpot so easily. It has a decent ticket framework that is fundamental for monitoring requests from our clients. And you enhance the work, and its live chat is very well integrated. It looks great and makes me excited to use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyChat?

I can say that all communication is great and does not have any delay, along with practicality and high quality of service in communication. Till now I don't have any bad problems with it and I hope I will not meet them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it to answer questions from users on the site. Live chat allows us to do just that. Live chat is a good solution for commercial websites as we can set chats to auto-assign. This has all the features that we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyChat?

Fast,easy ,simple to use and well configurable

It is easy to set up,anyone with basic website management knowledge can do it

You can move all you active directory contacts into a single company chart field

You can set up time when you are available for live chart and outside those hours set a message feature

What do you dislike about MyChat?

It needs some aesthetic improvements. Some widgets don't look professional and need an upgrade

The servers are a bit expensive .It is expensive compared to other chat softwares

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for notifications to come through that someone wants to chat. By then the customer may have left Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
