MyChat is a self-hosted corporate messenger for teams that need private communication, LAN/on-premise deployment, file sharing, calls, task boards, forums, integrations, and admin control without moving company conversations to a public cloud. MyChat has a suite of collaboration tools for working in teams: Project management, Bulletin board, Instant messaging, Voice/Video calls, Screen sharing, Remote control, Intranet forum (knowledge database). There are many feature such as in-house discussion, data or file sharing, audio/video conferencing, and broadcasting are easy and efficient to use. Brownie points for it can work on Local area network as well not just internet, I can share my confidential data/files with confidence as this is a secured platform. Additionally, the UI of MyChat is very beginner friendly, easy to understand. **What do you dislike about MyChat?** There isn't much to dislike so far, but there were a few times when I could not see my popup notifications unless I opened the app. and sharing large files can take a little longer than usual. Rest it is a good platform **What problems is MyChat solving and how is that benefiting you?** MyChat has solved internal communication problems, it's a simple and efficient way to stay connected to your loved ones, or your project team mates, and other features like data sharing and video/audio calls make it an excellent platform to use for official purposes as well. Since it is a secured platform I can share my crucial work data without any concerns. ### 2. Occasionally, the role played by MyChat seems to be a conglomerate of so many comprehensive features that none applies absolutely optimally. **What problems is MyChat solving and how is that benefiting you?** MyChat is among the appropriate recommendations for the small teams who just desire to assemble the conversation and basic project control processes. It helps to avoids duplicity of subscription or login into different sites. ### 3. I love instant reply feature as well, where you can reply at pop up as well, you don't need to open the app for that. **What do you dislike about MyChat?** To be honest, I didn't get any issue with it yet except it doesn't show notifications of messages sometimes, it might be because of slow Internet. It has a decent ticket framework that is fundamental for monitoring requests from our clients. And you enhance the work, and its live chat is very well integrated. It looks great and makes me excited to use it every day. **What do you dislike about MyChat?** I can say that all communication is great and does not have any delay, along with practicality and high quality of service in communication. Till now I don't have any bad problems with it and I hope I will not meet them. **Recommendations to others considering MyChat:** It is easy to use and easy to learn. Utilizing live chat with a help individual prepared to assist your clients truly improves consumer loyalty. If you don't have this tool yet, go for it and see the difference. Some widgets don't look professional and need an upgrade The servers are a bit expensive .It is expensive compared to other chat softwares Sometimes it takes a few minutes for notifications to come through that someone wants to chat.
