What do you like best about MyChartsOnline?

1. Ability to schedule appointments myself

2. Ability to access/use on smart phone/tablet

3. Access to family members charts

4. Ability to see lab results easily

5. Ability to request refills via computer/app

6. Access to billing information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyChartsOnline?

1. Billing screens are sometimes confusing

2. Some physicians do not allow scheduling of appointments via the app

3. Limitation of number of characters when documenting the reason you are requesting an appointment

4. Delay in uploading of lab results

5. Notification that there is new information in Mychart via email but doesn't tell you what section of the chart Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
