**What do you like best about MyChartsOnline?**

This is easily accessible no matter where you are working from, makes getting work done from somewhere other than a stationary desk simple

Can be challenging to navigate at times, or to find specific items that you are looking for. 

**Recommendations to others considering MyChartsOnline:**

Give yourself time at the beginning stage to really learn the quirks and where to go for what. 

**What problems is MyChartsOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providers seem to get charts together in a more timely fashion due to the ease of accessing.
