I like the whole platform. Its quick and easy to create a shipment and get the best price. I use it everyday and it has created an environment so I have leverage when discussing rates with carriers. Using MyCarrier is helpful as it brings everything to one place. It is also helpful as it makes it easier when I am out for my backup to complete tasks since they don't do this every day. The first year we used MyCarrier it offered reporting that I found helpful in negotiating with the carrier reps for better pricing. Getting all my quotes for all the carriers that I use, and then doing the BOL and labels all at one time streamlines the entire process.
