The time that it takes to get a quote could be faster. MyCarrier just made a format change, and now when printing quotes off R&L and XPO websites, I'm getting two pieces of paper instead of one. Plus, the insurance box popping up on every quote sucks. I never use insurance, so we should be able to check a box if we want to add insurance to the freight cost. I dislike that sometimes all carriers quotes dont pop up, i know certain carriers go to certains states but they dont pop up.
