What do you like best about MyCarrierTMS?

MyCarrier has streamlined the way we quote our freight shipments. The dashboard with all of our direct carriers in one place has been a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?

When we started using MyCarrier it was free. 1-2 years in, they started charging to use their service. They still have a free tier, but it does not come with enough monthly quotes for us. We do wish their pricing was lower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyCarrierTMS?

It is quite basic and straightforward to use. I enter the location, weight, class, and so on, and within seconds, I have all of the shipping options I require! When I select the carrier, a BOL and mailing label instructions appear. The chat support is also excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?

The most inconvenient features of myCarrier are the hurdles to jump through for 3PLs and the prices for a shipper, which are in addition to the charges they place on carriers. Third-party charging is more difficult than with other TMSs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
