I like the My Carrier TMS's functionality and ease of navigation in scheduling all of my freight transportation needs on the Averitt Connect App. Customer service chat, with the highest courtesy and professionalism, is always on hand to assist you. I know many improvements are being made to improve service delivery; however, the font size of the shipping labels should be more prominent when printing multiple tags for a freight shipment. MyCarrierTMS has solved the problems of functionality, competitive quotes and scheduling of freight transportation. For example, we used to visit individual freight company websites to get their shipping quotes, but with MyCarrier TMS, we get a whole array of shipping costs from all the freight companies! It's a great place to get quotes from all the carriers that my company works with quickly and accurately. Being able to get quotes from my carriers by entering information once instead of going to 4 different websites. I use Fed-Ex/XPO/ R&L most of all to ship my freight. MyCarrier just made a format change, and now when printing quotes off R&L and XPO websites, I'm getting two pieces of paper instead of one. Plus, the insurance box popping up on every quote sucks. I liek that everything is in 1 section from quoting, creating BOL, and then booking the transportation. No need to go to all websites to get all this done. Saves me a lot of time! I dislike that sometimes all carriers quotes dont pop up, i know certain carriers go to certains states but they dont pop up. It gives you a PRO# when you create a BOL." 4.5/5 What do you like best about MyCarrierTMS? It gives you a PRO# when you create the BOL. Also, it will save the data from previous order entries.. The only thing we did not like was that they started requiring payment for the service. This was bad news, but we could not find another service with the same features as this one for free. The first crucial issue that solves for us is the creation of the BOL with the PRO# already included.
