When we started using MyCarrier it was free. 1-2 years in, they started charging to use their service. They still have a free tier, but it does not come with enough monthly quotes for us. It is quite basic and straightforward to use. I enter the location, weight, class, and so on, and within seconds, I have all of the shipping options I require! When I select the carrier, a BOL and mailing label instructions appear. The chat support is also excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS? The most inconvenient features of myCarrier are the hurdles to jump through for 3PLs and the prices for a shipper, which are in addition to the charges they place on carriers. We don't have to go to the Carrier website, enter client numbers, and answer many more questions than when we ship through MyCarrier. That saves time for our office staff. Any TMS can assist our Shipping Department in consolidating carrier prices and booking capabilities.
