The tracking screen is a huge plus. Being able to do a quote then go back to quote and schedule shipment is another massive improvement. Editing shipments is simple as well. The search feature is easy to look up past shipments as well. I can enter an address and see the correct address in the drop down list but when I click on it, the address changes some detail about it, and has occastionally come back as invalid on the forced selection not the one I was originally entering. **What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking LTL Shipments with ease, and providing contact info as well as keeping a list of past shipments and abandoned quotes for future reference is very helpful. ### 3. BOLs may be fully customized with our logo, BOL #, auto-applied pro #, and other information. After a booking is made, we can use an easy-to-read calendar to track pickups, shipments that are still in transit, late deliveries, and shipments that have been delivered. **What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?** Hardly much at all. Several carriers time out, and some are difficult to register in the system. However, this is likely due to the carriers themselves. I was using Kuebix for a long time, then had to switch. Once I understood the differences, it was easy. I'd like to suggest adding the option to cancel a shipment request, by not only just deleting it from the log but canceling the request with the carriers as well- that would save some time calling carriers and waiting in line for 20+ minutes sometimes just to cancel the request. **What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the status of every single one of my shipments is a time-consuming task and that's what MyCarrierTMS has been helping me a lot with. Otherwise, MyCarrierTMS has thus far had very few issues with the system we have in place to use for Shipments, Tracking, & Management of our shipments. **What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's the Platform we use for Quoting, Scheduling, and Dispatching some of the inbound and most of the outbound freight daily. Address Books help us monitor the sites we ship to and how often; it also helps us determine if companies have moved locations or have had a change of address. It assists with auto assigning the Pro Numbers, which is how shipments are recorded and tracked internationally. Monitors Shipments Statuses, which are beneficial instead of having to check each Carrier Company's Website or Manually Search for them. ### 17. It lets us easily compare quotes between carriers and see what new markets we can break into with affordable freight rates. Before MyCarrier, I had to log into multiple (8+) carrier websites for every shipment to get direct quotes which ate up a ton of time. The Calendar view is a fantastic tool to get an overview of all your moving product and to identify problems before the customer does. Lastly, the support chat is insanely quick and always resolves my issues. **What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?** Some carriers either can't or won't integrate well into MyCarrier. That's not really MyCarrier's fault, but it is frustrating to refresh quotes several times to get a couple of specific carriers to appear in the quotes. **What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** As our company has grown and outbound shipments have tripled in the last few years, keeping track of all the moving freight was tough. MyCarrier eliminated that problem immediately. We couldn't accurately access average freight costs to new markets until signing up with MyCarrier. Now we can check the zip codes for a new city to see if freight is affordable enough that we can spend resources expanding into new territories. ### 19. Saved or suggested addresses are convenient and often helpful when looking for addresses for businesses that are already stored in the myCarrier database. The Quick BOL feature is nice when you just want to print or email a BOL for a shipment, especially for regular customers. **What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?** The least helpful aspects of myCarrier are the hoops to jump through for 3PLs and costs for a shipper that are in addition to charges they impose on shipping partners (carriers) as well. I put in the destination, weight, class, etc and in seconds I have all the shipping options I need! I choose the carrier and immediately a BOL comes up as well as shipping label directives. Some carriers are hard to get in the system and a few will time out but that is probably something to do with the carriers themselves. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get an answer I need. BOL's are fully customizable with our logo, as well as our BOL #, our auto applied pro #, so forth. Then once booked, we can follow an easy to read calendar showing pickups, shipments in transit, late deliveries, and delivered shipments. **What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?** It would be nice to have a simple way to blind-ship LTL for customers. We ship with third-party billing, so our info shows on the auto-generated BOL. It's a minor issue though and likely not a common problem. **What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched from using a broker to booking shipments direct. We save a lot of money this way, avoiding unreasonable fees that are passed on to us. It was unreasonable to run individual quotes though from 5 different carrier sites. For example, we used to visit individual freight company websites to get their shipping quotes, but with MyCarrier TMS, we get a whole array of shipping costs from all the freight companies! As a result, I have saved time and energy and provided efficiency and effectiveness to my job. It is my One-Stop Shop for everything transportation. ### 33. I use Fed-Ex/XPO/ R&L most of all to ship my freight. **What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?** The time that it takes to get a quote could be faster. MyCarrier just made a format change, and now when printing quotes off R&L and XPO websites, I'm getting two pieces of paper instead of one. Plus, the insurance box popping up on every quote sucks. I have to go into the carriers actual website quote it and decide from there who i will loose.
