It is also helpful as it makes it easier when I am out for my backup to complete tasks since they don't do this every day. **What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?** The first year we used MyCarrier it offered reporting that I found helpful in negotiating with the carrier reps for better pricing. The 2nd year they jacked the price way up and when we balked they took the reporting away for the price point we were already at. **What problems is MyCarrierTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing MyCarrier does for me is puts everything in one place. Getting all my quotes for all the carriers that I use, and then doing the BOL and labels all at one time streamlines the entire process. Its quick and easy to create a shipment and get the best price. I use it everyday and it has created an environment so I have leverage when discussing rates with carriers. **What do you dislike about MyCarrierTMS?** Doesn't offer all the carriers accessorial options. Must visit carrier for some items like blind shipping.
