- UI is excellent
- Fields, Workflows are easily customizable and can easily be manipulated according to business requirements
- Can easily manage and track tasks, thus allowing to get more quality work done

**What do you dislike about myBuro Service CRM?**

- The mobile app doesn't have all the features as the desktop version, so you need to log in via desktop to get certain things done
- Customer support is a little behind in terms of response time, providing issue resolutions

**What problems is myBuro Service CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- The sales team finds it easy to manage their sales pipelines, track leads and automate follow-up emails. Also helps with appointment scheduling with potential clients and report generation. On the whole, the overall operational efficiency has improved.

We can create reports and dashboards for different services and calls
