I find myself frequently using myApproval in my daily workflows. integration and ease of implementation of its with existing system is seamless, its have options and compatibility with a wide range of application and platforms. Downsides according to me its lack of advanced customization options. while its offers some level of customization, but I feel it is not fully meet some needs of some organization. its downside include limited customization options and potentially lacking reporting capabilites.
