A dashboard that shows your productivity and helps plan your week better. It also shows how many hours you spend in meetings or going through emails and chats. It is limited to blocking the calendar for quiet time in terms of improving productivity. It would be good to have additional features such as proposing how to improve productivity, flagging or categorizing emails and chats and scheduling time for responding to low priority ones. The most helpful feature of My Analytics is seeing the active collaborators that I work with regularly. In addition to Active Collaborators, knowing how much time I spend focusing on projects during a typical week is vital to proactively managing time around multiple projects. My least favorite thing about My Analytics lies within the scheduling for Focus time. I would find this feature more useful if you could adjust the calendar color to fit existing schemes for more direct customization into your existing workflow. Trying to use rules in Outlook to configure these time slots messed up my calendar sync and doubled focus appointments, which made my Status show incorrectly. The default coloring of the Focus items lists as "Green Category," so if you have previously changed the Green category to another naming convention, you may also experience these issues.
