This tool use information and generates customized productivity suggestions. The best part it is integrated with microsoft 365 suite which makes it easier for users to access and use. **What do you dislike about MyAnalytics?** This tool has some dislike like data privacy conserns, limited integration with non-Microsoft tools and limited customization options. It is important to consider the potential dislikes and limitations before deciding to use this tool. **What problems is MyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving individual and organisations common workplace problems like time management, collaboration, work life balance and productivity. It provides data driven insights and personalized suggestions to help users optimize their work habbits and improve their productivity. ### 2. It should be precise. **What problems is MyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) Time Management - It helps user to identify time consuming activities 2) Meeting - It identifies meeting data & provide feedback on meeting habits such as meeting attended etc. 3) Email - It assist in analysing emails & habits such as response time etc Due to above things productivity increases. ### 3. Great value for the cost of the software, and it allows to combine all marketing reports into one space **What do you dislike about MyAnalytics?** Nothing too bad, it does take some time to learn how to set up data tables which is difficult for beginners. You also need to get used to the product features for it to work well **What problems is MyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to combine all of my marketing reports into a single platform and can integrate with google data studio which is my favorite feature. It also shows how many hours you spend in meetings or going through emails and chats. It also lets you set time for yourself to focus by muting chats and unnecessary communications on Microsoft teams and skype. **What do you dislike about MyAnalytics?** It is limited to blocking the calendar for quiet time in terms of improving productivity. It would be good to have additional features such as proposing how to improve productivity, flagging or categorizing emails and chats and scheduling time for responding to low priority ones. It would also be helpful if it shows how productive you have been based on tasks completed by integrating a task manager. **Recommendations to others considering MyAnalytics:** Can consider using this for boosting productivity if you already have MS account **What problems is MyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it for boosting productivity. It is useful for analysing your productivity and communication habits and make changes accordingly to boost productivity by scheduling quiet time in your calendar for the next two weeks. ### 8. They just convert the data into numbers. It has really helped me to better see how I’m spending my time and adjust accordingly **What problems is MyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found I was spending so much time on calls and in meetings that I wouldn’t sit down to do my actual work until the evening. That will always be managed by man and not machine. **What problems is MyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very useful to analyse your habits and make changes accordingly to increase productivity. You can analyse how often your emails are read as a percentage and by whom, which is useful to identify where you are going wrong and where you can manage habits. ### 12.
