I loved myalice because of its easy to use , clean dashboard with all support channels in one dashboard. What do you like best about MyAlice?

MyAlice helps me manage my orders, respond to customer inquiries, and personalize conversations with my customers.

I love using MyAlice for two reasons.

One, it provides a centralized platform for my ecommerce needs.

Two, the customer service is great. The reps are super helpful and knowledgeable and they always get back to me in a timely manner.

I love the way the platform is set up. It is very easy to navigate and I love that I am able to set up my own customer service monitoring tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyAlice?

I tried integrating myalice with my Brizy cloud website but I can't seem to get it working. I would love to also see a template for sequence/workflows to make it easier for users to setup depending on their usecase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
