MyaGuide is an AI guest concierge platform for holiday rental properties, acting as a digital guide by combining property-specific details with local insights to answer guest questions. It integrates house rules, check-in instructions, and appliance operations with data from Google Places and TripAdvisor for context-aware responses. The platform offers two tiers: Chat, providing automated 24/7 responses, and Avatar, an interactive AI concierge for conversational engagement. Both tiers support multilingual communication and address FAQs like WiFi access, check-in procedures, parking, dining recommendations, and amenities. By automating repetitive inquiries, MyaGuide reduces routine messages for property management teams greatly and ensures consistent service across multiple properties. All information is monthly checked and reported.
