I LOVE THAT IM ABLE TO TRACK MY PROGRESS, IT HELPS US WITH UNDERSTANDING HOW THE MEMBER IS FEELING AFTER OUR CALLS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JUST THE SCORING PROCESS, DONT LIKE THAT MY PRECENTAGE GOES WAY DOWN WITH 1 BAD SURVEY AND IT TAKE SEVERAL GOOD SURVEYS TO MAKE UP FOR THE BAD ONE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
