It brings bookings, team management, pricing, invoicing, automated payments and client messaging into one platform, with a built-in marketplace that connects providers with local pet owners looking for care. Most independent pet care businesses run on a mix of WhatsApp, spreadsheets, bank transfers and paper notes. My Pet Pal replaces that with a single system designed specifically for pet care: Bookings and calendar: automated bookings and a clear view of availability across all services Team management: onboard your team to help manage and own bookings, with your whole team’s calendar and availability in one easy view Pricing management: configure your rates and automatically apply increased pricing over bank holidays and the festive season Invoicing and payments: invoicing with fully automated, customisable deposits, plus card payments via Stripe, including Klarna, PayPal, credit card and more Unified client inbox: every client conversation in one place Pet profiles: owners complete a profile once covering routine, feeding, health, behaviour and vet details, shared automatically with the provider when they book Client acquisition: every provider gets a public profile on the My Pet Pal marketplace, where vetted local pet owners can find and book them Every provider on My Pet Pal is vetted, with licences checked for home boarders and DBS checks and proof of insurance required as a minimum for other services. Providers also get 10% off business insurance through our national partnership with Pet Business Insurance UK, plus access to the My Pet Pal Protection Programme. My Pet Pal was founded by people who have run pet care businesses themselves and was a finalist for Pet Related Business of the Year at the 2026 Animal Star Awards (Southwest). It’s free to start on the Standard plan, with Premium at £29 a month.
