**Describe the project or task My Office Business Suites helped with:**

My office just currently moved and obtained this new software. While it is still new, most of our office is having a difficult time trying to learn how to use this software. I work in accounting at call center and so the phone system is very important to our everyday operations. 

**What do you like best about My Office Business Suites?**

I like that you can use the online portal directly to make calls without having to use the handset. I also like you can use the call directory to go back and review calls received. This has been useful because I can go back and look for a phone number that I may have needed.

**What do you dislike about My Office Business Suites?**

One  of the biggest difficulties my office has been having is trying to view who is available to take a call and who is unavailable. There is a way to change your phone status to busy/unavailable but it is more difficult than our previous phone system. For instance, if you are on a phone call, the phone still rings and you have no way of knowing if that person is on a call or just not answering the phone call. Also, internal and external rings are the same so we have to constantly be mindful of the caller ID.
