This online system assists our Contractors and Staff in training compliance. Storing all certificates online in one place allows for easy training compliance management, with notifications sent when training certificates are approaching expiry. Operators completing e-learning modules is an easy, interactive and efficient way to keep skills up to date. E-learning courses completed on My Learning Hub, automatically generate a certificate on completion and turn your status for that course to compliant in a seamless process. I don't have dislikes about My Learning Hub. Throughout my time using it, it was always functional, easy to understand and worked without flaw. I'd suggest starting a conversation internally with your management team and pointing out a way to accommodate your needs. If they have any questions, their support manager is always available to assist.
the home page is really easy to navigate. good how you can jump in and out of training courses when needed! It is a very good feature in a busy job like ours. Makes it so much easier when completing multiple training courses as it tracks how far you are in each course Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On some occasions, some of the training courses can get stuck and you have to go in and out of them. They seem to freeze. Not too big of an issue as when resetting the system it then works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
