Sometimes courses are overly repetitive on certain points. Can be distracting to have the same item repeated more than twice as if the user might be too dense to get a core concept. As a user, I'm really not in a position to answer this question, as I am not a stakeholder in the decision to use the program. I love that we have the opportunity to learn more, even if we are simply a receptionist. The ability to get fire warden certificates and practice health and safety at no cost is what is so appealing about the learning hub.
