There is a free version available for those who need the bare minimum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about My Hours?

The detailed reports that used to be by hour and month while providing the breakdown between projects, tasks, and definitions of each daily contribution to said task were completely ruined. Being unable to export or see all details has made this an unfortunately obsolete item. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about My Hours?

Ease of use, clarity of reports, Insight into costs of development and is proving invaluable in identifying gaps and overloads on staff so that we may be able to recruit more effectively. Easy to input on phone or computer

Please note: We are consultants in Aged Care & Disability but also trainers - develop eLearning for the industries and Guides for organisational use. This has given us great insught across the organisation to where our costs are and where we may need to recruit. Look at it as a managment tool, rather than a time-tracker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about My Hours?

Need to keep on top of inputting hours. If multitasking then it is easier to keep on a sheet and input afterwards. For staff that are effectively on 1-2 task a day then it is a simple exercise to input.

What do you like best about My Hours?

The time tracking is intuitive. You can start it and you don't have to pay attention to it anymore. You can change and adjust time entries afterward or add them if you forgot something. No matter if for customer work, break or free time.

In general, the tool is straightforward to use and you have everything in one place: contacts, billing information, task list. MyHours, in my opinion, makes it highly flexible and can be used for many different purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about My Hours?

The time is unfortunately reported so far only in hours. For specific projects and internal reporting, I would like to see a way to customize the type of reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Autofill time - I can type 10000 and it will convert it into 1:00:00 for me

What do you dislike about My Hours?

Major drawback for my usage: When we work on a single project, the project's time needs to be divided by the number of clients that will use it. Unfortunately, the process is very manual as there is no splitting option, resulting in me having to whip out a calculator. This often causes me to neglect using the tool accurately. It would be great if one could add in an option where one can select the number of clients and the % weight each should be billed for a project, giving you an automatically calculated answer.

I don't wonder out of the tracker option. I am unsure of how to navigate beyond it and stick to the daily tracker, however, I would like to learn more about how to use it optimally - is there a video tutorial?

It would also be really cool if one could get a private visual summary of your productivity levcel (maybe there could be a productivity score assigned to each task)? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
