My Agency is the CRM built for creative agencies, design studios and freelancers. It brings together everything an agency uses every day: clients, projects by stage, tasks, time tracking, client approvals and billing. Each client gets a private portal to follow their projects, review and approve content, download files and message the agency, without ever seeing internal budgets or team notes. The content grid lets clients approve each piece and lets the agency publish it straight to Instagram and track its results. It also includes a sales pipeline, time tracking with hourly rates, invoice tracking (pending, paid or overdue), Gmail-connected email, a calendar with Meet and Zoom, team roles and permissions, and an AI assistant. Available in Spanish and English, priced in Chilean pesos, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required.
