MX is reliable as a product and they go above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs as a customer and individually. I feel like a partner instead of a number and that has made all the difference for us and knowing MX will grow with us and help connect us to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MX? That's a hard one. I wish they had a KYC and KYB services. Would make a better all in one platform and allow me not to have to use so many vendors . After talking with the product team I understand why they chose to not incorporate everything into their services and to allow for better partnerships but it's on the wish list still.
