**What do you like best about MX?**

The people at MX are very easy to work and communicate with, from the client management side to the customer support side. They are curious to understand how our product works and what our needs are, so they can offer or build solutions into their product. Issues do come up, of course, but they are quick to resolve those issues and easy to work with in the meantime.

**What do you dislike about MX?**

We have seen their support team go through lots of changes over the years, and those gaps in training can result in different handling of our tickets.

**What problems is MX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transactions form the foundation of a functioning and real life spending plan, so our users expect a high quality experience from establishing a bank connection, to the freshness and quality of transactions. We work very closely with MX to improve that experience, start to finish.

**What do you like best about MX?**

We had an outstanding experience with MX. Especially their tech integration team, their Bank account authorization widget needed some enhancements for our business and they were quick to make those changes for us. Our customers use this quite frequently to validate their bank accounts and find it very easy to use. Customer support if needed has been spot on!

**What do you dislike about MX?**

Regarding using the widget for Bank Authorization, The ability to approve only one account for integration would be an excellent enhancement instead of having to get AUTH on all accounts housed at a particular bank.

**What do you like best about MX?**

We now have access to view the data we've had for so long, but never had a way to view it. We can see and analyze insights of our customers' behavior. I like that we can target market based on what data we see.

**What do you dislike about MX?**

I dislike that the reports on the analytics don't export exactly as they look on the admin side.

**What problems is MX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MX is solving a gap in customer services by providing them tools for financial well-being and also providing the bank the tools to view and use our data for our customers and our benefit.

**What do you like best about MX?**

They are a data company that delivers best in class experiences. Their core values speak to using data to make the world a better place. And their actions live up to that value. They are also one of the first data companies that I've talked to that understand data isn't just transactional. That experience, feedback, and empathy all play a role. They want to understand my customers - what's important to them and what they struggle with - to hear from them directly, and not just want access to their financial data for selfish gains.

**What do you dislike about MX?**

I dislike very little - they are always transparent about their roadmap and their processes. Anything I disliked they have already changed and improved.

**What problems is MX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Best in class mobile banking. Delivery of financial insights to empower our members to improve their financial wellbeing. Friction filled experiences because a mobile solution is not yet available.

MX gets that data is about empowering both clients and our teams.  What matters and how can we systematically use that to help?

**What do you dislike about MX?**

We've had more issues w uptime on the mobile app than I'd like.  The quality appears to have degraded but I know they are working to rectify

**What do you like best about MX?**

MX is reliable as a product and they go above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs as a customer and individually. I feel like a partner instead of a number and that has made all the difference for us and knowing MX will grow with us and help connect us to others.

**What do you dislike about MX?**

That's a hard one. I wish they had a KYC and KYB services. 

Would make a better all in one platform and allow me not to have to use so many vendors . After talking with the product team I understand why they chose to not incorporate everything into their services and to allow for better partnerships but it's on the wish list still.

**What problems is MX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MX for account and user authentication. 

We also use their financial dates insights for better user experience within our products to provide better insights to our users.

Understanding that data is the key to understanding the custome and therefore is the most critical strategic advantage for a financial services organization.

Development of the app is no longer fully supported

Our partnership is still new, nothing negative to report.

MX Product is helping us reduce payment fraud by verifying account ownership of payers.

**What do you like best about MX?**

I've worked with every financial data aggregator in the business - none come close to the level of support and customer commitment that MX provides me.

**What do you dislike about MX?**

Had some language differences to start that led to confusion about product pricing.  The concept of coterminus minimums is unique in the aggregation industry and made it through in our initial contract without any discussion nor acknowledgement of how that affect the product usage.

No better company from a support perspective out there,

Solving for determining a borrower's ability to pay their mortgage.

**What do you like best about MX?**

I enjoyed the financial visuals, the ease of use, and that I could have all of my financial information within one platform

**What do you dislike about MX?**

I don't like that I'll have to log back in to some of my accounts but I know this happens with other platforms like Mint so it wasn't a big deal

**What problems is MX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see all of my finances in one platform.  This has helped me to budget my money better

**What do you like best about MX?**

I love how easy payment acceptance and credit card storage is. The integration with mobile is also very handy.

**What do you dislike about MX?**

It still feels occasionally buggy. I REALLY wish it had Android support. 

**Recommendations to others considering MX:**

Ensure all browsers/phones properly support the product. Internet Explorer and Android don't currently play nicely.

**What problems is MX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MX allows us to easily include payment processing services with our merchant accounts at low/no cost, and our merchants get access to a very nice platform

I like how forward thinking this platform is. I have the pleasure of frequently using this and the interfaces and capabilities are wonderful.

The lack of android support is very limiting for some users.
