**What do you like best about MX Layer Email Security?**

First of all, we really liked volume-based price options. MX Layer is quite affordable for mid-sized service providers like us compared to the email security solutions in the market.  And also, we liked the multi-tenancy features  at any level like the admin, domain, and email.

**What do you dislike about MX Layer Email Security?**

Configuring policies can be confusing and also could not get  detailed answers regarding backup policies, but it was solved later on

**What problems is MX Layer Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?**

spam, phishing, BEC was a big problem for us since it make tough to manage our email servers and its capacity but thanks to MX Layer , we stopped spam to mail servers and safeguarded outbound emails for on time delivery
