I like that different license expirations are seperated. For example, the list for license date expiration is kept seperate from license expiration due to medican expiration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel as if sometimes the reporting is behind. For example, we have an employee whose license was suspended for a few days until he figured out missing paperwork with the BMV. Now the BMV shows his license as valid, but EmBark still says suspended. However this could be more on BMV reporting than on EmBark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding was done very professionally, Sam AbuGhazaleh the onboarding specialist, was great to work with and very detail oriented. On boarding was quick and painless and then the reporting was done promptly. It helped my company to monitor our drivers much sooner than expected.
