I use MVR Monitoring - Driver License Monitoring to monitor existing employees and pre-hires. It removes the need for daily monitoring by notifying us only when there are driver safety concerns and provides a full background of driver history. I like the reports and driver history because the monitoring helps us better track driver safety and flag any concerns that might otherwise go unnoticed. The user-friendliness and better reporting made us switch from CA DMV direct reports. The setup was easy, and Emily Crooks made a seamless transition for our driver monitoring software. Compared to our previous vendor, Embark Safety provides a much lower friction experience across all steps: it was easy to migrate our drivers to Embark using a spreadsheet; onboarding new drivers is faster and paperless; toggling on monitoring is much easier to do in bulk; reviewing MVRs and safety scores is much more straightforward. I also really like the file manager which, in conjunction with the MVR Monitoring, helps us maintain accurate records and ensure that certifications are up-to-date.

One of my favorite things about Embark and a big surprise to me was that if you call them during business hours, a real person picks up the phone and 99% of the time, that person is able to help answer whatever I'm calling about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love best about MVR Monitoring is the reliable customer service, fast pace, very attentive to details mentioned and have been VERY helpful throughout the process. If I had any questions, our customer service & operational specialist Sam was able to answer all questions and provide us a one -on-one training with dashboard. Upon signing up, our rep handled everything I did not have to spend time inputting information, she handled it and advised us when it was done. The dashboard itself has been very easy to use, easy to navigate and get all information needed.
