We have had issues with the screens freezing but I believe that has to do with the hardware that we purchased from an outside source. My advice is to use the equipment that Mvix suggests to use and don't go the cheaper way out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of initial set up and training available are top notch. The capabilities of the hardware are excellent and rival or even surpass the competition in several key areas.
