MuukTest covers web, mobile and API testing -- all of which our company needed to build test automation around.

Their human-in-the-loop approach allows us a direct line of communication to ensure our test suite is built to address our most important user flows and can work around tricky interactions outside of our application environment (email, sms). By having their in-house team write the automation with our input, we do not need to be experts in the tool ourselves.

So far, we have found that their capabilities seem heavily geared toward end-to-end testing and some API testing. That covers most of the high-value aspects of our platform, but there are areas where other forms of testing would be more appropriate.
