**What do you like best about Mursion?**

Mursion is an excellent training tool.  It allows you to create scenarios to help your users fail and learn from the experience. They can practice interactions before they A happen.  Record the session and go back and see what you could have done differently.

**What do you dislike about Mursion?**

The new build options for the updated version are stifling. They take away some of the creative aspects of scenarios that the older version has.  Getting more flexibility in creating the scenarios would be nice.

**What problems is Mursion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mursion allows us to do different scenarios to help out students succeed.  We use it for classroom management for our K-12 students. It is also used to train social workers and counseling students and will branch out to help with telemedicine.

I like Mursion very much as their platform is very flexible and easy to use.

I do not find anything there which I dislike. i love this platform very much.

It becomes straightforward to train new employee now.
