Murmur is customer feedback software for small SaaS teams. Customers post ideas and vote on a public feedback portal or an in-app widget, and Autopilot AI turns forwarded emails, Slack and Discord messages, call notes and reviews into feature requests linked to the customer who asked. Every request shows the customer's company and MRR, so teams can rank ideas by votes and revenue. A public roadmap and changelog are included, and everyone who voted is emailed when an idea is planned, in progress or shipped. Murmur's MCP server lets Claude Code, Cursor and other coding agents read and update feedback, and Fix with Claude turns an approved idea into a pull request for the team to review. Pricing is flat with unlimited voters on every plan, starting with a free plan.
