Program Review **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024 **What do you like best about Murf.ai?** I like the system, I like the voices, I like the features **What do you dislike about Murf.ai?** but the price vs capacity doesnt seem to match. Since purchasing I have actually not used it a single time but that isnt because it doesnt work, but because im scared ill run into more than 2 hours of work, dramstically derailing my timeline. I am working on a dissertation and 2 hours is just not enough monthly but at the same time, the additional time is expensive and makes you pay for additional projects, etc, none- of which I am interested in. The company should do 1 unlimited recordings that only has 1-2 projects or even an additional $5 for just the extra unlimited project but perhas these accounts can never have more then X # of them, to not devalue the other plans. That way, people can choose one voice throughout the life of their project and grant unlimited recordings, or at least something more like the length of a speech. Personally, if i could do that right now I would have a greater understanding of the long term value. Instead, I am actually just deleting all of the projects after im done, all but ensuring ill never see longterm value in the project. It would be great to have the audio files to update them without the need to spend multiple times reading it for the right voice, especially considering how poor the system is at numbers, which was normal across competetors., etc. **What problems is Murf.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Murf solves my problem because I have a hard time proof reading because i read in the same voice that I think. This is much faster and professional than asking someone to read it. I can listen to it while i am proof reading and make changes live to my document. It would be a GAME CHANGER if I could do this within the blocks themselves, maybe something that can happen in the future. I did that multiple times without realizing I was actually spending the very limited read time. The product should be made easier to use though, the blocks are too close together and unfortunately, I also repeatedly synthesized the whole thing because it wasnt clear that I did not have to do every box by itself, and im pretty savvy. ### 2. If not a bit better? Hard to tell.
