It only takes a team a few minutes to understand how to navigate and participate in the discussion. The variety of templates available helps me to find the right activity for the problem we are trying to solve. Mural is core to all the work I do on a day-to-day basis. In this digital remote world, when working from home or with remote teams is way more frequent than being in person, a whiteboard collaboration tool is just essential for our every day work. Mural brings the best out of it. Easy to use by most people. The look and feel is very slick, modern, effective. It is really reliable, I haven't had any glitches or lost any work out of it. When murals are at a certain scale, there are some performance issues and my laptop seems to slow down.
