This whiteboard offers a variety of features that make it perfect for both individual and group work. The invite all function allows you to move your audience around the board, while 'presentation mode' is perfect for delivering material. You can also use the whiteboard for interactive exercises, where students can contribute ideas or suggestions. The whiteboard is also cost-effective, as visitors are welcome without incurring any charges. Overall, this is an excellent tool for collaboration and brainstorming that can help you make decisions and take action.

  ### 2. Good Option for Virtual Table-top

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina K. | consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Can bring a variety of documents all together in one location. It allows everyone to post notes simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Participants really need to know how the app functions. Some features are not that intuitive.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to work virtually

  ### 3. Productivity increases in less time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole M. | Manager, Project Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural allows users to collaborate with their team in a dynamic and virtual environment. This service is easy to use and available through the website. It has many valuable tools, such as a block enabling users to create notes quickly. There is also a system for creating workflow diagrams, drawings, and drag-and-drop features to help you streamline your sessions. Mural's price is affordable, making it more accessible than the competition.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Although we had a lot of trouble moving things around that weren't locked, we learned to be more careful.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The environment is excellent for working with groups of any size. It has many features that include text, colors, and other features. I can create numerous notes to help me form my thoughts and ideas.

  ### 4. Mural, my favorite collaboration tool for consultant and education work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yung-Chuan K. | Senior Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural I use mostly for educational and consultancy work.
The best thing about Mural is the stable and fast interface. There will be no obvious delay when multiple people collaborate, and most importantly, the form of collaboration without registration and login reduces the entry of each other when facing unfamiliar customers. Threshold, to avoid too much education in advance, hindering the progress of real consulting work.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Mural has few downsides.
If you really want to be picky, the part that can be further improved is that the name of the poster can be displayed on the post-it note, so that in the teaching process, you can further know who has expressed an opinion.

**Recommendations to others considering Mural:**

Compared with other similar products, Mural has a more concise screen and convenient login. In addition, the online-dialogue function in the whiteboard also eliminates the need to open other communication software during collaboration, which is very convenient for on-screen discussions.
There are many templates that have been sorted out, which also reduces the burden of consultant work. It can be easily modified to the format that is commonly used by you, which is very convenient.
Mural is Ideal for educational or consulting business partners.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Education and training during the COV-19 period, especially the complex content that used to require face-to-face teaching, can be easily converted to online through Mural.
You can completely replace the past method of using poster paper and sticky notes with Mural, and further, these results can be flowed down completely.

  ### 5. An Amazing Collaborative Tool for Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Synchronous collaboration with my colleagues when it comes to design thinking workshops, brainstorming, documenting, etc. I love the many templates to choose from!

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

The art board isn't infinite. One of my projects was housed on MURAL, and it was for several months, so there was a lot of info. Eventually, we ran out of space and had to create a separate file. This was also because the file got really "heavy' so there was a lot of lag.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synchronous collaborative communication with colleagues
Hosting effective Design Thinking sessions
Very user-friendly interface

It really helps boost team engagement

  ### 6. Mural at RBC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

The ability to collaborate on ideas visually and shift in real time. A picture is worth a thousand words.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Can't think of anything I dislike. Everything works to my liking

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our team visualize the work we are planning on delivering far more effectively than using tools like Excel.

  ### 7. This makes it easy to picture and implement.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manisha B. | Automation Test Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural facilitates collaboration between software development and product management teams. With Mural, it is simple to collaborate on retrospectives, sketch out process processes, and fresh exchange ideas.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I would say that there are not many issues with it. I'd like to see an AI bot or manager added to the product, but I'm satisfied with the additional functionality.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to create mind maps. It facilitates difficult dialogues - improving conditions at work with co-workers. Here is a summary of the primary ways I use this tool and, by extension, the problems or requirements it helps me solve: Working with distant people.

  ### 8. Easy to share information and get feedback from team members

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline H. | Media Director, Paid Social, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I like that I can add multimedia content to my whiteboard, including videos and links to websites. This makes it easy for me to share information with my team members and get their feedback. Also, the chat feature is beneficial when we need to discuss our work in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

One thing that bothers me is the presentation of text copied and pasted from other sources. I often rewrite content; I would instead copy and paste to ensure proper formatting.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MURAL helps our international team has been able to generate novel, ground-breaking ideas and create concept boards more easily.

  ### 9. The best platform to collaborate and show content.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jonhson s. | Scrum Master/Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

There are a lot of templates and I can adapt to my necessities. As a Scrum Master Mural help me a lot to organize my tasks.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I don't have anything to dislike. It will be nice to have a wizard to create some murals.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a scrum master, I use murals to create presentations for agile ceremonies like Dailies, Retrospectives, Reviews, etc.

  ### 10. Clean and easy to use. I can train someone how to use Mural in 10 mins.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Agile Coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Mural?**

It is simple, but has enough features to make it effective. I also use Miro, but I am not able to train someone how to interact with the UI as quickly as Mural. Madison and others on the Mural support team are fantastic to work with and are extremely helpful!

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Sometimes we try to put too many individuals in a Mural board (50ish) and notice a slow down in performance. Mural seems to have made improvements over the years, so it is becoming less of an issue. I have over 200 Murals created and sometimes wish it was easier to find a previous Mural.

**Recommendations to others considering Mural:**

If you use a whiteboard regularly, switching to Mural will be easy, especially if your team is now remote in the pandemic.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Story mapping for products, wireframe sketches, collaborative activities for teams, a place for multiple individuals to add ideas for future discussions. We also use Mural for visualizing our Scaled Daily Scrum efforts (it would be great if there were a stronger partnership with Atlassian).

  ### 11. I think it feels freedom and spacious when use, less restrictions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ar Suresh E. | Principal Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Collaboration could be very effective with this, it's mind replica

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Bit right interface, if the tools could be present more designed...

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design and presentation, collaborative idea sharing

  ### 12. outstanding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davide T. | Executive coach, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I have been using it for two years and after an hour I was already a Jedi master of Mural.
It is of a disarming simplicity.
My clients, especially groups, always have the same experience.
This digital whiteboard allows you to make every thought, emotion or complex concept visual, thanks to very simple tools to use.
I noticed how in two years the developers have added new features to make the experience of the participants and the facilitator even more engaging and effective.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

There is nothing I may want to change.
I tried three other digital whiteboards before falling in love with Mural.
I want to add that developers constantly ask users for new ideas to improve it.
So I really don't know what to say.
Now I remember a little thing, not yet realized: with the Android app, you can't edit it yet, but only view. With iOs, you can also edit.

**Recommendations to others considering Mural:**

For a month now Mural has finally allowed the creation of a free account, so you just have to try it.
I wouldn't look at the learning tips - use every tool directly.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Mural, I can do Team Coaching with people connected via web call.
Thanks to Mural (and Zoom) I continued to work with all my teams even in the middle of a pandemic emergency.
Being able to share your thoughts with great ease helps solve problems and achieve goals.
I also found the huge template archive very useful.

  ### 13. Very good visualization platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamed A. | Visiting Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

It has many easy and useful tools for developing a poster, and mind map

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I wish if i could import video clips from youtube

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has many useful tools for visualisation. Particularly for students and teachers.

  ### 14. A Digital Whiteboard with more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Easy to use online collaboration tool, that can be used with internal and external colleagues and clients. It has great features for holding ideation workshops, with voting options.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

There's not much wrong with MURAL, It's so far ahead of anything I've used it's great.

One thing I would note is that playing around with post its, text boxes and resizing them on the fly can be a bit fiddly.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural solves the issue of collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and is a great way of holding a workshop without having to be together in a room :)

  ### 15. A must have for remote work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Even those who are unfamiliar with computers can comprehend and utilize Mural. Since most participants have never used such a tool before, it will not be a problem when I conduct workshops. It provides the facilitator with options and tools for facilitating the workshop efficiently and effectively. Not taking notes is optional as well. After a workshop, everything is written on the Mural by each participant.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Mural's steep learning curve is a drawback because non-designers require training before they can use the software.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us maintain group cohesion by promoting the spread of a single, unified vision. All team members collaborate to develop mood boards and project guidelines.

  ### 16. Nice collaborative space

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Pasting pictures, sticky notes, votes, call

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Sticky notes in a box seems hard to do and control

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flow chart / framework

  ### 17. Mural my best friend for collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro Jose O. | Innovation Management Professional, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural is an easy and practical tool to collaborate with other people, it is not necessary for guests to register. When you get a consultant or educational account you can take full advantage of all the functionalities. The templates work very well and make my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

When you use it in free mode you can lose the job when the free trial is over and the only way to get it back is by paying a plan. At least alerts should be generated indicating that the free period is going to expire and recommend downloading the murals.

**Recommendations to others considering Mural:**

Make a copy or murals if you are gonna keep using the free version.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Below I share a list of the main uses that I give to the tool and consequently the problems or needs that it helps me solve: Collaboration with people who are far away. Realization of workshops in a virtual way. Create mind maps with ease. Facilitation of difficult conversations. Creating solutions in community.

  ### 19. I can't work without Mural

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural simplifies discussions tremendously by making them visual. the possibility to invite guests instantly is very helpful. as are duplicate mural, lock element, and summon functionalities. I appreciate also the possibility of creating different rooms and rooms within the rooms which helps organise. Export in PDF is priceless.

Conferencing system within Mural might be helpful but its absence is not really diminishing my experience. Actually, I like everything :)

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligning different stakeholders and steering the discussion in a desirable direction. also having a written outcome of our discussion to take away after the meeting/workshop.

  ### 20. Great collaborative tool for every team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen C. | Agile Coach and Scrum Master, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Mural?**

If your requirement is an easy to use, intuitive, tool that allows teams of all abilities to share ideas, feedback and train then this is the go to tool. The post it note facility is super easy to use; follow me allows users to follow who is presenting instead of getting lost in a large Mural board.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Not much to dislike as it is super intuitive and easy to use. Accidently dragging things is a common risk, but just remember to lock content and that is stopped.

**Recommendations to others considering Mural:**

Use Lock to stop new users from accidently moving items.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is a whiteboard, a digital whiteboard, so does all the functionality that a real whiteboard does. Sharing screens and adding voice calls really brings it to life. Sharing the url of the board before and afterwards allows me to capture users thoughts and feedback.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany H. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural is an excellent way to break the ice in a conference call and help remote participants come together. This visual space allows us to think visually and analyze data more effectively, which can speed up the process of creating proposals or presentations. Mural also helps us gather user input on our projects quickly and easily, providing valuable insights that we couldn't get any other way.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Websites can be difficult to navigate, especially if you're not familiar with the site. Sometimes it might just take a little more time to figure out where everything is.

By using Mural, I have been able to gain a deeper understanding of the problems my team faces.

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Rich & latest framework. especially design thinking based frameworks are suitable for current business.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

a little bit complicated framework. we also need simple type of framework.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tend to focus on What and How in the project. However, by using Mural framework, we can see the big picture including situational analysis, strategy and delibering.

  ### 24. Using Mural to work together on innovation projects was a good experience.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra P. | Data Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I use it primarily for group brainstorming. It makes discussing ideas enjoyable and engaging. No pictures are lost during a brainstorm since everyone has the opportunity to record them just on board. Additionally, the product is straightforward to comprehend and utilize!

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

It can be a bit of a pain to zoom in on certain parts of your work or session, and if you're in a larger group, lots of people may be entering data simultaneously.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We performed a SWOT analysis on the business. We could get the lower management on board with the company's goal and assist in determining what was impeding it.

  ### 25. Easy to use with customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara V. | External Consultant - PMO European agile transformation program at E.ON Business Services IT, International Affairs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The only little thing would be that the post-its also have some kind of shadow like with miro. If I have to choose I always would use Mural.co

If you use it with customers who never used it I made very good experience in giving them for the first trial very strick instructions eg only one kind of post-it in one color. That helps people to get used to movement on the screen.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as a Design Thinking Coach with students at the university for their team-work, prototype development, Business Model canvas; I use it in training and coaching; For creative thinking and the creation of concepts;

  ### 26. Mural - our weapon of choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander K. | Junior Innovation Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

1. Easy to understand interface
2. Great features integrated into the Facilitator Superpowers, such as locking the view for the team
3. The free-forever plan
4. Plenty of templates
5. Ask to be followed feature (especially when used by visitors)

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I tend to work on boards with 50+ outlines and when I need to change their order or add a new one, the overall flow always gets messed up.
This results in me having to re-arrange all of the outlines one by one. Perhaps adding a feature like Miro's button 'Add a Frame below' would be a great solution for this, as instead of re-arranging all outlines, I could just add a new one wherever it is necessary.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural provides us with the opportunity to work with people from all across the globe as if we are sharing a Sprint room together.

  ### 27. I don´t live without it

**Reviewed by:** Christopher W. | Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

As a trainer, I struggled to engage trainees once I switched from in-person to virtual training. Mural offers an excellent way to deliver training in a visual approach.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

It may have a high learning curve for non-technical people. There are also a lot of options, which may be overwhelming for some people.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Engaging online trainees in a visual manner
2) Allowing live collaboration on a whiteboard
3) Yes - this tool will allow me to focus on training content instead of finding a tool.

  ### 32. I love mural! it’s great for visual people

  ### 33. I love working on projects with Mural!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jagger R. | Director Of IT & Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I love that Mural is a collaborative online workspace that lets you work on projects with others in real-time. It's great for brainstorming and getting feedback from team members. The UI is super user-friendly, and the features are beneficial. Thanks to everything being saved in the cloud, we can access it from the device of our choice.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

For new users, the interface can be confusing and complicated to navigate.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The MURAL is the perfect solution for people who need a space to come together and collaborate on projects. This is highly beneficial because it allows me to work with others on projects and get feedback from them.

  ### 34. Virtual Collaboration made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Mural?**

MURAL allows our team to connect and share ideas, whether it is something as simple as whiteboarding or process mapping, or as complex as redesigning a process. We use MURAL within our team and with partner organizations to reduce the number of emails sent, files shared, and the number of miles traveled. We love the ability to vote on ideas, diagram workflows, and export our information easily. I love the ability to share the workspace with "visitors" from our team who can collaborate with us even though they don;t have a license of their own.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Well, I used to dislike the navigation, as many new users ended up dragging an element on the screen, instead of moving as desired, but the new scroll bars they added in the most recent update make navigation easy.

**Recommendations to others considering Mural:**

There is a free version that allows you to try out many of the features, but you'll get even more features if you sign up for the paid version. MURAL is an excellent virtual collaboration tool.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MURAL during team calls to help others visualize our ideas, and we also use MURAL with major collaboration events where we need to strategize ways to solve a particular problem. During the pandemic, we used it to replace our in-person strategy sessions, and it has been so effective that many of those meetings have continued to take place virtually using MURAL.

The platform offers digital workspaces to manage, schedule, and streamline the management of work teams. The platform is ideal for frequent travelers, as well as those who are unable to use conference rooms or personal studios. It's easy to use and has an attractive, clear interface to navigate through.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

If you overload it with graphics, you can increase the likelihood that MURAL will run slowly and not provide a good user experience.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural enables our team to collaborate and think simply but effectively. The Mural app is handy when we want to help our team outline vision, goals, and priorities. It also allows us to set schedules to meet deadlines.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

Mural is a nice tool to use, but the problems with account upgrade prevent me for writing anything nice.

If you do not renew the subscription, you cannot return to the previous free plan - your associates lose the rights they had. And if you don't pay, they will lock your mural. I feel cheated and blackmailed.
