**What do you like best about Mural?**

The best thing about mural i love is infinite canvas feature which makes our brainstoroming limitless and borderless, also its intuitive User interface is something which i love the most about mural .

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I dont feel that there is something wrong with Mural it is one of my favorite software for our retros. and i feel the support and the integrations are also very well.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural is helping us in conducting good brainstorming sessions, as well as it is helping us in a very good retrospective of our sprints which is ultimately helping us to figure out what went well and what can be improved from our sprint failures if any, secondly we are using it to track our deliverables of our projects which also gives us confidence how our teams are performing real-time.

**What do you like best about Mural?**

This tool stands out for visual collaboration, making it easy for teams to work together visually from any location and on any device. I really appreciate its strong project management features, along with how user-friendly and customizable it is, and how quickly it becomes easy to understand. I also like that content can be implemented creatively, then exported without hassle and shared in a photo-formatted format.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I have nothing negative to say. We find it easy to manage projects from start to finish, and I have no regrets. I haven’t had any problems during the time I’ve used this platform; the overall experience has been truly incredible and feels perfectly tailored to our needs.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for coaching, training, change workshops, and one-on-one sessions to develop a clearer shared overview. It helps break down subtasks, and team managers can easily track and monitor projects. The available templates also support collaborative work, and the platform is constantly evolving, which makes it increasingly user-friendly and flexible.

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Quick to access, work on cloud platform which need no software installation to implement, any devices with web-browser can open the platform. Complete whiteboard tools to draw, add graph, sharing data and unlimited canvas size for meeting participant to collaborate and edit the canvas. Endless integration connection with various software, especially with Jira for brainstorming session.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Slow response from customer support, 3-4 working days reply is the norm, need a faster response when the software is acting-up and showing error. Using it as everyday software can be a problem if the problem is not solve immediately. No access for offline usage as the platform only work on cloud service.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural help teams of hybrid worker to collaborate on brain storming session to discuss on idea and managing the idea until it become a reality. Easy integration allow users to use it at every meeting setting, even on a physical meeting, Mural can be really helpful as a visual collaboration platform.

Enables a good use of colourful and focused notes to summarise the discussion and acts well as a presenter aid.
The overall effect is definitely productive that it shows all aspects of the work or discussion in overview and targeted to individual statements.

Take time to get used to the software and would be great to have a simple step by step tag along guide to support working…eg.staged guide to do this then do that then this then that ……this hand held guide would support those wanting to get used to mural quickly as well as those not dues to aids such as this.

Visual communications made easy, Mural supports effective feedback from those participants not used to presenting, colourful use of tools to ass accents and priorities to discussions and feedback, stages of project management clearly defined, ,

System performance is noticeably negatively affected when processing large files, and the slowdown becomes more apparent as file size increases.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural has been indispensable for streamlining our sales process. Its asynchronous collaboration capabilities have largely eliminated the need for constant meetings, making it much easier to keep work moving forward without everyone having to be online at the same time.

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural is interface is designed for ease of use. I have been able to create custom boards tailored for strategy, problem-solving, idea validation, evaluation, and team alignment. I use Mural every month for both remote and in-person workshops. The platform’ has built-in features for facilitators that make running sessions smooth and engaging. Being able to export and share board content in different  formats is a huge advantage, making it easy to share workshop artefacts with client after the workshop.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

There is nothing I dislike about Mural. I have experienced no downside using the platform these past four years

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural is helping me solve the challenge of effective collaboration and engagement in remote or in-person workshops by ensuring that participants can contribute meaningfully, stay aligned, and work visually in real time. In addition, Mural simplifies workshop preparation, execution, and follow-up with its templates, built-in facilitation tools, and export options, making it easier to document and share insights with clients.

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural helps in communicating and collaborating with teams in real-time and offers tons of features that extends its capabilities. Its prebuilt templates helps in understanding and getting started quickly and efficiently. The new AI feature helps in producing and structuring  better ideas and provide full control over notes, images and diagrams.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

It has few browser compatibility issues and few performance issues when working with large boards with many action elements.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural plays an important role in our organization and helps us collaborate in real time. It helps in improving workflows and eliminating the need for manual tasks. Its AI helps in unlocking more features and ideas that needs to be implemented. We are able to manage  and collaborate on projects in real time and align all tasks for better automation.

**What do you like best about Mural?**

After using mural for ~6 years now I find opening a board and organizing my thoughts to feel quite natural and a go-to solution for externalizing and organizing my thoughts. As a design researcher I also use it to analyze large qualitative data sets, working remotely with colleagues and clients.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

There have been some changes with mural over the years that I question. I particularly dislike that canvases are now default to infinite and that changing them back to a defined board is such an involved process. I also miss having the global view of everyone's cursor and screen in the corner, now I can't easily tell where my clients are looking or if we've lost anyone.

I tried Mural for the first time during a CSPO class and appreciated its timer, voting, and chat features. The platform is clearly designed to support creativity and strategic sessions, which I am passionate about.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

We experienced some lag while collaborating as a team.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After being introduced to it during the CSPO class, I am now considering it as the collaborative whiteboard solution for our Digital and PC scrum teams working on the Guidewire platform.

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Collaboration is as easy as pie. The best part is not only seeing who is online but seeing the cursor and changes in real time. This is a real game changer. No need to share screens, no need to share links. Collaborative work at its best. The icon and visual packs are also out of this world. No need anymore to go on a google search for a stock world map or icon.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I find that Mural still misses some features, like tables. Having to construct some visuals using only boxes and sticky notes is kind of annoying. Also, I understand the idea of an 'open world' visual, where you can store all visuals in a same board, or Mural. But I find it easy to get lost in so much data. Honestly I don't have any clear ideas for improvement in this case... Maybe a tag that you can add to a point or coordinate in the mural that can be easily tracked and searched?

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a lot of flowcharts and workflow descriptions in our daily business and all of those are built by many hands. We used Visio in the past but many times we lost data because of someone saving into others changes and this is never happening with Mural. The collaboration is the biggest point for us.

The best of mural is the ease of use, the esay sharing options and its multiple features  and options to create collaborative sesions.

I would like more free murals at least 2 o r 3 more. I would like that when copying a group of notes they coul be paste next to them

As a company, we needed an open, easily shareable whiteboard space where employees across the organization could seamlessly collaborate on key processes such as roadmapping, customer journey mapping, and brainstorming. This space would enable real-time teamwork, idea-sharing, and strategic planning, fostering innovation and alignment across teams.

It's super easy (and intuitive) to use and there is a lot of different features that make MURAL helpful for planning, brainstorming, team building, and more, especially for remote teams.

I wish there were more templates and icons available - they library is great right now, but would love to have even more options!

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Difficulty of collaborating with teams and clients across different locations - it makes it so much easier to collaborate and share ideas. Difficulty tracking projects and displaying ideas - MURAL allows my team and me to track projects, timelines, deliverables, etc. in a very visual way that is customizable and easy to understand.

I love the ease of use and many of the different features which make it an ideal collaborative tool for remote work. I love the ability to add content such as icons and images without having to leave the Mural.

Not much to say in terms of negative feedback. I would just encourage them to continue adding more features (especially for adding content through the app), but nothing comes to mind at the moment.

I love the ability to work in a free-from manner and create my own structure rather than be constrained by formatting. I like that there are many different types of shapes and features, and I can still paste in images and links. I love the copy-paste feature from Excel that pastes each cell in as stickies. I appreciate how intuitive the tool is, making it easy for new users to engage quickly.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I wish I could have variation in text formatting within sticky notes. Honestly, I have very few complaints. I love Mural, couldn't do my work without it, and I recommend it to anyone.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote collaboration across teams, making it easy to brainstorm and work through new thinking with folks across the country.
Ability to conduct workshops with remote clients.
