What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

The intercompany capabilities are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

There are no check registers in Multiview. The Positive Pay isn't useful. We cannot separate bank accounts in it.

When we have an issue, we can't think through it to find an answer. We have to contact customer support and wait for a response. We can't just call someone to get help. Resolutions take too long.

Financial reports that we export do not include formulas, so we have to rebuild them when we want to make changes if we want to use them to look at different scenarios or present them in other formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

The ability to customize the information available is amazing. Accounts Receivable customization is severely lacking and needs more development. After all, AR can dictate product to cash cycle and ultimately capitalize on funds without the cost of extra effort. There is a lot of opportunity for reporting and module development. What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

There are too many modules available without any written or guided instruction on how to use them, such as reporting, AR, etc. I'd like to see more guided training on building reports for My Reports functions, more flexibility on tracking AR processes without using Dunning (so specific to healthcare) because that really helps us track issues with collection, time to collect, effort to collect and then finally collection, the ability to tie the cost and or markup of an item to the final billout of an order using barcodes. What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

Easy to pick up how to use it. Workflow is great too and I'm looking forward to learning how to streamline the workflow process. There are something's that work great and some that could use a refresh and upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

Cloud lags a lot. Going from desktop to cloud was nice in some ways but the time it takes to do things takes longer now including extra steps to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

I love that it is becoming easier to use. I also like that you can find just about anything you need through MV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

It's not aces on being user friendly but it is getting better. It does intimidate a lot of our users. Also, the system is not laptop friendly. I guess this is my biggest beef. If I need to go into MV through the laptop 16" screen you can not see the bottom half for PO entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

Multiview is a easy software to learn for the end user. Workflows are easy to set up. The customer service team is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting in Multiview can be very difficult. Because most reporting is driven off ownerships, it is difficult to do custom reporting using multiple ownerships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

After using the program for almost three years - it runs relatively smoothly. The company is good about responding to help tickets. Uploading JEs is simple. I like the breakout of different sections; ex: AP, GL, FA, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

There are a lot of clicks to drill down and review an invoice from GL. I don't think the budget module is good at all. Our Materials Management department runs into issues a lot but MV does seem to be working towards making that much more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

The best thing about MV was it lets you see the impact of JE's before being posted hence giving preparer an opportunity to self review and saving the time for reviewer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

The inflexibility in terms of reporting it has, not able to produced MoM reports, the experience is not that user friendly and lastly inability to tag vendors in the journal entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
