"Multiview staff is very supportive and responsive. System has lots of capabilities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

Their support team is very responsive, and support website is user friendly with lots of information. Multiview is continually making improvements, listening to and involving clients to research new changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

Once users are used to unit/account/rad set up, the format is easy to utilize but on boarding new staff is a little more challenging. The current wait time to get into the system is 2 minutes - minor annoyance which new version is promised to eliminate. On the administration end, determining who has and should have what roles is difficult however I suspect this may be an internal issue resluting from a break in information transfer during one transition more than an issue with Multiview itself. "Best ERP Software out there..."

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

The ease of use is incredible. It makes month end non existent. The abilility to retain the detail in your financial software without gumming up your general ledger is incredible. The implementation was the best one in my career and I have been through at least 9 other implementations. The customer support is always helpful and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

The report writing is not the easiest to do. It takes some learning and frequent use to get use to writing reports. I do know they are working on a reporting module update that will make it much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Lizbeth Palumbo of Multiview ERP

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

It is similarity to MS Excel.

Easy to use functions.

Some friendly staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

Speed of the software is horrible.

Management gives very little damn about you.

When and if you try to leave them, you are charged rediculous charges for the additional span of time you will be using their services for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

having all of the vendor invoices in one place and sortable on that place is great. One of the best things about Vendor invoices is not having to click different years or segments within the screen in order to see ALL invoices. This is really good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

downside is vendor screens. Having to click on multiple windows to see all the vendor details is bad. One way this can be better is to make one screen that contains the vendors TAXID#/ Ph#/EMAIL/ADDRESS/ CONTACT NAME/VENDOR NAME/1099 info, etc.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of navigation. Support center is very quick and helpful and lots of helpful documents and directions. Really looking forward to version 23. I like the fact that it is cloud based so can be accessed anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

I don't like how long it takes to get logged in or how documents have to go to the temp file first. Glad these things will be resolved with the new version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

I love being able to share financial information with department managers in a way they can understand. Whether through dashboards, published reports, or through pivot queriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

Still wish managers could view invoices through drill down functions. And wish Paylocity could be set up with Multiview to come over automatically like Cerner 360 information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

There is a good bit of flexibility with the software. It isn't perfect and some things could be done but I don't have the time to create them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

Support seems to be a bit more rigid on what gets done at no cost. Layout changes don't always stick. The upgrade didn't resolve a printing issue that we upgraded to resolve. Hard to believe they wouldn't have seen the problem persist with other users, but maybe they didn't communicate the situation to their lower level staff. Since this time we have experienced a number of other issues including the FTP connection randomly not working and requiring Multiview Tech Support to get it restarted (twice) and an out of the blue bug which not only prevents us from printing out attached external documents (not much use if you can't get them back out!) and now the only way to clear out your temporary files during a day is to log completely out and then log back in. Of course, we are an AWS hosted customer, which seems like the proverbial red headed stepchild. Want to use the emailing with Multiview feature? Nope not available to AWS customers. Want to have the system default to your temporary folder for uploads each time you log in? Nope, not available to AWS customers. And there are other issues but hopefully the trend is obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Barbara Simas of Multiview ERP

We are sorry to hear about the persistent printing issues you've encountered Our Product team strives to improve user experience and this feedback has been shared with them.
