What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

It has been a solid AP/GL solution for us! It's extremely customizable and support has always been quick and helpful. It's also very easy to export information into Excel. We also really like the 360 reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not always the most user-friendly, so I wish my staff had better training options. The reports module is cumbersome and we don't really use any reports other than the simple income statement and balance sheet we built at go-live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiview ERP?

Multiview has been a solid GL/AP solution for our organization. The added functionality with 360 reporting allows quick and easy access to needed detailed/summary information. We recently have made full use of the budgeting module and are excited to have that up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

I previously used Great Plains FRX which was their financial reporting function. It had the ability to do different levels of drill downs with comparision of CY/PY at the same drill down. This made it really easy to see/explain variances in the financials. MV does not have this type of functionality, so takes additional steps to find and explain variances on the financial reporting.

I don't like that MV is moving to a hosted only version. This will add significantly more costs for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Multiview has a great support system. I use your tips and lessons all the time. When I need help, someone from MV always guides me through the problems. People who are assisting are always patient and friendly. They always find solutions to my problems.

What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?

You always have to wait a bit for someone to call you. I wish it were quicker in some cases. But it never got to the point of frustration or aggravation.

Could this be streamlined?
