They are 100% problem solvers. Our Account Executive is always available to listen to our concerns and help find ways to address our needs. Their developers are amazing at finding solutions and customizations to add to our platform. Both the website and backoffice offer a very professional look and feel. Our users RAVE about it. MultiSoft has NEVER told us something couldn't be done. If what we are asking for is out the box, then they get out the box and find a solution. The receptionist even calls every week like clockwork to see if we need anything. Nothing kills a business faster than poor service. Multisoft understands that and makes sure all issues are addressed quickly so your customers stay satisfied. **What do you dislike about MultiSoft MLM Software?** Customizing the back office can be a bit clumsy, not super user-friendly, random errors tend to pop up. Many customizations have to be done yourself or come at an additional cost, BUT to their defense they offer a superior product at a very fair market price. 3rd party widgets don't always work or constantly crashing. **What problems is MultiSoft MLM Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** 95% of our needs are met with their software, and what isn't met can be added. Their software gives us complete account management abilities, reporting, and tracking.
