One of the best things about Multiplier is the ease of use. It gives you all the necessary details you are looking from the get go and everything can be found on one platform. You also have a very proactive customer support team that is designated to each individual so that they can be assisted anytime they have an inquiry. What I like about Multiplier is the clear and detailed assistance they provide. The support reps are helpful, ensuring that I have all the information I need without any confusion, which makes processes like payroll and loan deductions smooth and hassle-free. 1. Setting up the account was very easy, and super fast.
2. The portals UI and UX is very good and most of the stuff is self explanatory.
3. If you have questions its again very easy to reach the support and here i have to point out 2 things. First the chatfunction is easy to find and the initial "ai/chatbot" function is very slim and not unnecessary long where you lose the will to live. Kudos for that. Second when you reach the support, ( i had two questions so far, not even an issue, just needed more info ) they were polite, professional and answered the questions to my satisfaction.
4. Finally the invoicing is fool proof, simple and fast.
All in all, its the little things that make your life easier working with Multiplier and i really appreciate it.

I gave it a 8 out of 10 for two reasons. I never give a 10 because i believe there is always room to improve, and the 8 is because the transaction duration might be faster. I think if you have a UK Bank Account it goes faster, but with a EU Account, the whole process takes around 5 business days. Not to happy about that. I think it would be great if you could use a EU bank for EU purposes or even something like Revolut. ( If that is possible ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With Multiplier, you can hire anyone without considering legal obligations and you can manage employee compensations, holidays very easily. This will save you time and money! And great customer service. You can find someone 24/7 and from onboarding they will always take care of your questions and any concerns.
