Earlier our payroll use to take a lot of time. And the UI was very slow. Our HR department had to manage all the things from their end.

What I like most about Multiplier is how easy it makes global hiring and compliance. From my side as an employee, Multiplier has been really smooth to use. I log in to see my contract details, salary breakdown, and payslips without having to chase anyone. Everything I need is in one place, which takes away the stress of wondering if I’ll get paid on time or if I have the right documents. Viren from the Multiplier team has also been super helpful, whenever I had questions about my contract or payroll, Viren replied quickly and explained things clearly. I am relatively new to my company and it was my first time to use a platform like Multiplier. I was actually amazed at how the whole EOR system worked and how it enabled my company to hire a diverse talent pool without worrying about all the nitty gritty details. I was able to process my onboarding very quickly and hassle-free so I didn't run into problems with my first paycheck and my other documents.

As I have stated in my title, Multiplier is really all you need because the navigation on the platform is very user-friendly and you can easily find what you need! I can easily access my documents like COE and all the submissions I have sent during my onboarding. I also appreciate the automated emails every time our payslip is ready!

I'm not sure if many people have used this feature but a personal fave of mine is the chat support! I had some questions and I used the chat support for assistance. The agents were very helpful and there was not much back-and-forth regarding my concern. I really appreciated how efficiently they worked to resolve my concern.

Multiplier helped me secure employment under an employment contract that meets Polish requirements. I don't have to worry about settling accounts with the Tax Office, and I'm insured. Being able to contact them when needed is also crucial. Their excellent interpersonal skills and prompt response to my questions are also key.
