When I had an error with my salary, I asked them why and they provided a calculation with examples, which helped me a lot to understand how my salary is being calculated. I used email to reach them, and they have a great response. It's important for me to stay updated with my queries and questions, and they provided updated answers and solutions. The timesheet verification is the most valuable for me day-to-day since we use it for time tracking and also for salary calculations. There was a time I forgot to log my time and they approved it immediately. I emailed them about the error, they responded quick and had a solution very fast. For the missing log, they opened the edit button so I could edit it, and then it got approved.
