This is much better way to assess our interviewees than the traditional format. **What do you dislike about Multipad?** It's not the easiest to use for non-technical candidates. We were trying to hire some semi-developers who know only SQL, not programming, and they were not used to a code-editor. **What problems is Multipad solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to assess skills in SQL querying. The builtin-challenges were great for it. We saved a lot of time from looking over resumes. ### 3. Even as a first time user I could quickly figure out how to use it. We can also record the interview for future review. The ability to ask custom questions across all the languages with both interviewer and interviewee screen in sync. **What do you dislike about Multipad?** I wish they could integrate with other interview platform to create a much more end-to-end solution **What problems is Multipad solving and how is that benefiting you?** The app's ability to sync both screens seamlessly is something that I was looking for ### 6.
