"Terrible support and terrible software"
0/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

They have good proxies, but otherwise it's a company run by scammers and amateurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

Terrible support and terrible software. I paid for a subscription for 10 profiles, and I had purchased minutes and proxies. At one point they had an outage, and all my Android 14/16 profiles stopped launching. After 3 days of non-working profiles, I contacted support, and they promised to fix it within a day. Three days later nothing had been fixed, so I contacted support again - they said they were trying to fix it, but this time they didn't give any timeframe.

This is a huge problem for my work, since I need these profiles to manage Reddit accounts, where daily activity is critical. In the end, over an entire month they were never able to fix anything, and they never emailed me with any status updates - I always had to reach out to support myself.

Not only was I unable to use the subscription I paid for, but I also lost some very valuable Reddit accounts as a result. Two months later, I asked support again what was going on with the profiles, and they said it had been fixed - but I have no way to verify this, since I'd need to pay for the subscription again to check.

On the website, support cannot activate a free subscription for me or compensate my losses caused by their failure in any way. They just give me the standard canned response, telling me to email support, where they might extend my subscription for free - but they claim they themselves cannot escalate my request to another department. "Unbeatable fingerprint protection compared to other competitors"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

The user interface is very clean and intuitive, making it easy to organize dozens of profiles into groups. Furthermore, the software's performance is excellent; profiles load quickly, and memory consumption is well-optimized compared to other tools on the market. The native proxy integration also works perfectly right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

One minor downside is the fixed limit on the number of profiles in each plan. While I understand the structure, it would be beneficial to have more flexibility, especially for power users who manage multiple accounts and often need extra 'buffer' or reserve slots. It’s not a major issue, but having an option to add incremental slots or a more flexible scaling system would definitely improve the user experience for those with fluctuating needs. "Intuitive Tool with Excellent Proxy Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

I like the native proxy management and the app layout in Multilogin. The agility to configure the proxy with the native pool is very fast and simple. The layout is very clean and things are in easily understandable and memorable places. The folders are also really nice features. I found the initial configuration experience very intuitive and, so far, I am liking Multilogin as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

I find the prices of the cloud phone quite expensive compared to the competition. The proxy pool is quite small for Brazil and, as far as I know, there is no way to use the synchronized phones in parallel. Another issue is the rotation of IPs, they still don't have a button that does this easily, as well as a 'backup' proxy system for when one fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Started with One Project, Stayed for the Results"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

I started using Multilogin for a specific project where I needed to manage multiple browser profiles without mixing sessions. At first, I wanted to see whether it would actually solve the problem before making it part of my daily workflow. After completing my test, the results were very good. Profile creation was straightforward, assigning a different proxy to each profile was simple, and everything stayed organized and separated. Based on this experience, I plan to use Multilogin as part of my daily workflow going forward because it saved me time and worked reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

Mobile minutes could be more affordable. More bonus minutes or loyalty discounts would make the pricing more attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent support saved me hours of troubleshooting"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

I use Multilogin X for freelancing work and for running surveys on platforms like Prolific and Branded. The profile isolation works well and I haven’t had issues with logins interfering with each other. What stood out for me was the support. I had some questions about my account and pricing, and Darles from the support team was really helpful. She explained everything clearly, followed up quickly, and Gustavo also helped walk me through things during a TeamViewer session. The previous support interactions I had were also prompt and professional, but Darles went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. The app itself is stable and easier to use than some other antidetect browsers I’ve tried. My only note is that the monthly pricing is higher than some alternatives, but the reliability and support make it worth it for me. If you need a solid tool for managing multiple profiles and want responsive support when you need it, Multilogin X is a good choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

my main downside is the pricing. it's higher than some other anti-detect browsers, which makes it feel expensive if you are just starting out or only managing few profiles. I'd also like to see more beginner guides inside the app. The setup was smooth once support helped me, but the first time I tried to connect Multilogin to my browser I was stuck until the team walked me through it. A built-in guide or video would make that faster for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Browser Profile Isolation with Easy Proxy Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

It perfectly isolates all the browser profiles. The use of dedicated sessions with custom fingerprinting makes it possible to check internal web tools from different locations without any disruptions within active sessions. The simple user-friendly proxy management enables easy assignment of different credentials to the required profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

Sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy when used to run multiple isolated profiles at once. It also required some time to set permissions for each of the teams to access the specified group of profiles. A more efficient approach to onboarding for such needs is recommended. "Reliable Profile Management, Simplifies Multi-Account Handling"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

I mainly use Multilogin for managing multiple browser profiles and keeping accounts properly isolated. What stands out most is the overall stability and how natural the profiles feel compared to other antidetect browsers I've tested. I like the clean interface, profile management is efficient, and it's reliable enough for long-term account work without constantly worrying about random issues or fingerprint inconsistencies. Multilogin saves a lot of time and gives much more confidence when working across multiple platforms daily. The profile isolation is extremely reliable, the browser fingerprints feel well designed, and the overall platform is very stable even when managing many profiles at once. I also like how organized everything feels; switching between accounts, syncing proxies, and managing sessions is smooth and efficient. Compared to many alternatives, it feels much more polished and trustworthy for long-term use. Multilogin reduces the friction and risk that usually comes with handling multiple accounts. Profile isolation means each account operates in a completely separate environment, so there's no accidental overlap of cookies, sessions, or browser data. The fingerprint design adds another layer of stability because each profile behaves like a consistent, independent browser. These features make it much easier to scale workflows without constantly worrying about accounts getting flagged due to shared or inconsistent browser environments. The balance between simplicity and advanced functionality in Multilogin is also appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

Overall, Multilogin is reliable, but there are still a few areas that could be improved. While onboarding is actually quite solid, some of the more advanced settings still require time to fully understand when you're getting deeper into configuration. Performance can also become noticeable when running many profiles at once, depending on the system. Lastly, more built-in presets or guided setups for common use cases (like e-commerce or automation workflows) would make it even easier to get started without much trial and error. "A Must-Have Tool for Managing Multiple Accounts"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

What I like most about Multilogin is how reliably it keeps each browser profile completely isolated. The fingerprint management is excellent, and I can run multiple accounts without worrying about bans or detection. The interface is intuitive, and customer support has always been quick to help whenever I had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

The application can use quite a lot of system resources when running many profiles at once, so a more powerful computer is sometimes needed. A lighter version or better performance optimization would be a great improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Browser Profile Management with Seamless Setup"

What do you like best about Multilogin?

I use Multilogin to manage separate browser profiles, and I find its highly reliable browser fingerprint management really valuable because it prevents account bans and cross-contamination by giving each browser profile a unique digital fingerprint. I also like the smooth interface as it makes it easy to interact with, preventing security flags. The initial setup was a breeze; it was so easy to just sign up, and that was it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

I think Multilogin could improve by making it less costly and focusing on resource consumption and performance, especially with using less RAM and lower CPU usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Account Management with Multilogin"
5/5
What do you like best about Multilogin?

I am using Multilogin to manage various advertising accounts, and I find it well-structured and easy to use. Its profiles have new fingerprints, preventing my accounts from getting linked with each other, which is essential for account management. I like how clean the interface is and how easy it is to set up; it takes just a few clicks to make a profile, which even a beginner can handle easily. I'm also really pleased with the price reduction they've made, cutting costs by 50% since last year. This combination of features and pricing makes Multilogin very valuable for me. I always recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

No problems so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
