What do you like best about Multilogin?

Started using Multilogin in August/September 2021. Been using it for a couple of years now and I am very satisfied overall. They are always looking and finding ways to improve their app and make it easier for users. I am not sure if I l’ve seen any better customer service so far. Lost a lot of profiles, due to an automation using multithreading, but can't say whether it is because of Multilogin or something totally else. What do you like best about Multilogin?

For me, the most important feature of Multilogin is browser profile sharing. I have a media buying team (more than 20 people), when we use Multilogin, we don't need to use the old method like copy-pasting to share login passwords. Everything is stored in the cloud and my team members can access the accounts with different permission. It just saved so much time for the team.

Multilogin also has the best customer service team. My team is quite international, when my Chinese team member approaches Multilogin support, they can get native support in the Chinese language to explain some technical questions. This is really amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multilogin?

Multilogin is obviously not a cheap solution. On another hand, for my team, we are more than willing to pay more to ensure the stability and safety. Besides the pricing, everything works well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multilogin helps my team to effectively manage our own digital marketing accounts. Timewise, it just saves so much cost for our team. Multilogin can be used in many ways, usually people use it for affiliate business for google ads. For that it has been a perfect tool.

But surprisingly I have tried multilogin for mang other uses, like google business page management, seo purpose, quora / linkedin profile management etc.

Sometimes during google updates, it gets a little buggy.

But the team fixes it soon.

I am working in the affiliate marketing industry for more than 6 years and I can surely say that Multilogin team made their best to satisfy the needs of their clients. I use their soft daily for several reasons and it never failed me. The best thing about MultiLogin is their customer support, I had zero experience in the topic at first, but they made it simple and smooth to get in. What do you dislike about Multilogin?

That I haven't heard about MultiLogin a bit earlier, more people should know about them asap :) New innovative features would also be highly appreciated, as that would definitely help, but I am pretty sure they work on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Multilogin solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am creating browser profiles to analyze the market from a different point of view, basically for the research. There are plenty of moments when I need Multilogin in my daily work routine, and I will proceed to use them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
