"Anypoint Studio: User-Friendly IDE with Powerful API Design, Deployment, and Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

With Anypoint Studio, I get a user-friendly IDE to work on my implementation. I can build, debug, and test in one place, i.e., Anypoint Studio. Anypoint offers a lot, from designing APIs to publishing and managing them, and then correlating API policies with an application. Along with that, there are many monitoring features available as well. With CloudHub 1, CloudHub 2, RTF, and hybrid deployment options, enterprises can choose the deployment model that best suits their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

Diagnosing logs with Einstein has become much easier and more powerful, but it still needs further enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prebuilt Drag-and-Drop Components That Save Hours Every Week"
4/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

The best thing about it are the prebuilt components which allows us to build a connector using drag and drop mechanism. This interface saves me hours each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

It is pretty heavy on the performance and memory usage, it can be a bit sluggish for larger projects. Also learning DataWeave is a bit tedious and first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless API and AI-Agent Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

I really like that MuleSoft Anypoint Platform provides a single platform to discover, govern, orchestrate, and monitor APIs and AI-Agents. It's an integrated and seamless experience for working with APIs and AI-Agents throughout their full lifecycle. Applying my experience and expertise to manage everything end-to-end within the same platform is really convenient and valuable. Once I learned the basic knowledge of the platform, the setup was quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

Licensing should be more integrated with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mulesoft Overview"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

The adoption of an integration software needs alignment with the business in order to success is not new. But having the possibility to decouple into many APIs layers the requirement of the business until you get the full solution , disengaging all the systems that are interacting , is the best thing I found in Mulesoft.

It's natural to behave like this with this software, you don't have to force it.

The debug feature is one of the best things the tool is providing.

And the capability to provide visibility across all the integration landscape is unique. On an agnostic perspective, the platform allows you to govern all the APIs and their evolution, Agents and MCPs in one place, regardless of the provider.

The addition of Scanners across other platforms in a very key feature to maintain the capacity of governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

The way the platform is billed is a bit confusing, right now it is impacting from architectural to development decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scalable Integration Made Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

I built a scalable integration foundation with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform that connected core business systems and improved alignment across sales and customer service. I like that it makes integrations much easier to scale and makes managing and running our integrations much easier. The ease of platform management, velocity of building integrations, and emphasis on reuse are major positives for me. The initial setup was good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

There is room for improvement with unifying the monitoring and observability views and offering a more natural mobile experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for API Connectivity and Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

I like the various platforms available in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including the self-hosting platform and the CloudHub integrations. I appreciate that we can develop process APIs, experience APIs, and system APIs efficiently. It's great how we can write RAML structures, host and scale APIs, and manage data blocks. Essentially, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform serves as the backbone of our entire API architecture within the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

The logging could be slightly improved because, for a few years, I have been seeing some hiccups in the loggings, but that's the only thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Anypoint Makes Complex API Work Collaborative, Visual, and Operable at Scale"
4/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

Anypoint allows us to manage complexity and enable our whole team to contribute. From working with different product owners on API designs with mocks, to having clear visuals with the flow of operations throughout implementation, concise transformations where a live playground allows interactive run throughs of scenarios, the ability to modularise work at the level of abstraction which makes sense for a given task complete comprehensive testing facilities, and finally comprehensive logging, analytics, and visualisation for operations teams. Speaking of operation teams, allowing for them to operate in the tools they prefer, with Anypoint doing the lifting of bringing the data to them and taking the secrets, configuration, and authentication from those same tools makes it harmonious for our day to day operations where we use it 24/7 for integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

Pricing is high for many use cases (subject to negotiation and the given use case). Promises around open sourcing DataWeave, the core transformation component, made four years ago still haven't come to fruition with core functionality you may have expect not yet landing and no way for any customers to add it themselves directly to the core. AI Fabric lacks the ability to add common token optimisation/reduction techniques available in other MCP/A2A routing, orchestration, and gateway products which may exasperate costs further. Our only experience with MuleSoft support required escalation and weeks of time to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Integration with User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

I like that MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is a low code platform with a drag and drop, fast forward approach, making my integration work between UI and backend using Java as pass-through efficient. I appreciate having a single place for managing, governing, and monitoring, which brings less chaos and more efficiency, as I don't have to search multiple portals for one API. The initial setup was easy peasy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptionally Powerful Middleware with Outstanding Training Resources"
4/5
What do you like best about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

This is an incredibly powerful and highly configurable piece of middleware. It offers all the connectors that a typical company might require and integrates directly with Salesforce. The platform is regularly updated and, in my opinion, is supported by the best user training resources I have ever encountered. I would rate it even higher for users with the technical skills to take full advantage of its capabilities, but my score reflects the average experience for most users. Their new entry level SKU priocing means it's now more affordable than ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

It is extremely difficult to set up for those without a technical background. To truly get the most value from it, you really need an implementation partner, and if you can afford that, you'll have an incredible piece of software. However, if you don't have that option and rely on in-house resources like Trailhead, you'll face a steep learning curve that may discourage many users. While it is now more affordable than ever, that doesn't mean it's cheap—it still represents a significant investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
