**What do you like best about Mues AI?**

We're using Mues AI in our SaaS platform to support product adoption. Instead of sending users to long tutorials or help articles, Mues shows them exactly how to complete a task inside the product. What I really love is that it doesn’t just explain. It actually does the action like a power user would. This has significantly reduced the number of support tickets we receive and helped new users onboard faster.

Looking forward to more analytics around how users interact with the AI

**What problems is Mues AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our users don't know how to do something, they simply ask Mues inside the platform. The AI-powered cursor takes over and completes the task for them.

**What do you like best about Mues AI?**

I have numerous web projects. I gain hundreds of new users every day. Converting these users into paying customers without churn is crucial for me. I've implemented Mues AI into my web applications to reduce churn. Now, many of my users can use Mues AI to resolve their issues instead of contacting me for tasks they can't complete.

**What do you dislike about Mues AI?**

I'm looking forward to being able to enter prompts via voice.

When my users can't perform an action within the app, they ask Mues AI. Mues shows them how to do it.
