Learning how to use the platform and continuing to discover new features is pretty simple. When there is something i can't figure out, the customer service is readily available and always follows up if need be. **What do you dislike about Muck Rack?** When i'm on a laptop, the interface is too small and often makes it difficult to navigate when posting pitches. **What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you?** MuckRack makes distribution of our media pitches easy.
